Deployed Labs assesses where AI can improve a business workflow and what it will take to move that use case into production. The assessment defines the technical scope, requirements, and path to implementation.
The assessment answers four questions before a team commits engineering time and budget.
For agentic systems, we also define which tools the system can access, where human approval is required, and how its actions will be reviewed.
A ranked view of the workflows assessed, with a recommended starting point and the reasons behind it.
A technical design showing how the proposed system connects to existing data and applications, including any tools the AI needs to access.
A testing approach that defines how performance will be measured before launch and checked as the system changes.
A sequence for moving from assessment into implementation, with the work required at each stage and the resources needed to complete it.
An agentic assessment is designed for workflows where an AI system needs to complete multiple steps or take actions through other tools. We define what the agent can do on its own, when a person needs to step in, and how its performance will be evaluated.
Most assessments take two workweeks, depending on data access and stakeholder availability.
Tell us which workflow you are considering for AI and what work has already been done. Deployed Labs will propose an assessment scope based on the project’s current stage.
